Cancel a purchase

Cancelling within 14 days of the purchase or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, entitles you to a refund within 14 days to the same card: the price paid, minus a proportional amount for the days the subscription was active, and minus a cancellation fee as section 14E of the Consumer Protection Law sets. If the cancellation is due to a defect in the plugin, no cancellation fee is charged. Cancelling after the 14 days stops the next renewal: the subscription keeps working until the end of the period paid for, with no refund of the remainder. One exception: if the purchase included a conversation with us, by phone or chat, and you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, you may cancel within four months and not only within 14 days (details in the Terms of Use).
