Accessibility Statement
The Hebrew version prevails in case of discrepancy.
We want every architect to be able to use the site and the account area, including people with disabilities. This page sets out what we have done, what is not yet complete, and how to contact us if something does not work.
Why there is a statement
Under section 19B of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, a person with a disability is entitled to accessibility of a public service. Section 19J and the Second Schedule to the law (item 10) define a “commerce service” intended for the general public as a public service. Selling subscriptions on the site is such a service, so the site must be accessible, and this page describes how we meet that obligation.
Accessibility level
The site and the account area are built to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines, at level AA. That is the level required by regulation 35A(a) of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. On every build of the site we run an automated check with the axe tool, on every page, in Hebrew and in English. An automated check does not find every problem, so every report of a defect is handled as described in the section “How to contact us”. Date of the last check: 05.10.2026.
What has been adjusted
Regulation 35E requires us to list the adjustments made. On the site:
- Every action can be done with the keyboard alone, with a clear focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Headings, lists and forms are marked up with standard structure, so a screen reader reads them in the right order.
- Every image has alternative text, and every video has captions.
- Colour contrast meets a ratio of at least 4.5:1 for regular text.
- The site works at 200% zoom and on a phone screen, without horizontal scrolling.
- English words inside Hebrew text are marked, so that the reading direction is kept.
- The site does not play animation when your system asks to reduce motion.
What is not yet accessible, and exemptions
- The plugin itself: this statement covers the site and the account area. The plugin’s interface runs inside Revit and relies in part on Revit’s own interface. Anyone who needs an accessibility adjustment in the plugin is welcome to contact us, and we will offer an adjustment or an alternative way to perform the action.
- PDF files created after 26.10.2017, such as invoices and disclosure documents, must be accessible (regulation 35A(c)). A document that is not accessible will be sent to you in an accessible format on request.
- The account area is built to the same level as the site, and the automated check runs on its screens too. If we rely on an exemption under regulation 35F, we will set it out here together with the alternative adjustment, as regulation 35F(c) requires.
How to contact us
Found a part of the site that is not accessible, or need an adjustment? Write to contact@vitruviusecosystem.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. We will answer within up to 3 business days. We are a small business, so we have no accessibility coordinator: under section 19MB(a) of the law, the duty to appoint a coordinator applies only to an employer of at least 25 employees. The report goes directly to the owner of the business. Such a report obliges us to fix the defect, and regulation 35A(d)(1) sets a reasonable time for that, and no more than 60 days. We intend to fix it much sooner.
