How do you hide a layer, or change its colour and lineweight, inside a DWG link?
A DWG link comes with dozens of layers, and some of them just get in the way on the sheet: furniture, grids, the consultant's internal notes. After you choose the link, a list of its layers appears, and for each layer you can turn the display off, pick another colour or change the lineweight.
You can undo the changes with "Reset Layers".
