Setting up Vitru with your own API key

Who it is for: anyone with an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI.

The steps

You paste the key; you pay the provider directly, per use.

1. Create an API key with the provider: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI.
2. Paste it into the Vitru settings. It is stored in Windows Credential Manager, on your computer only.
3. You are billed directly by the provider, per use. We never see the key or charge for it.
